Our parent dogs undergo health screening, including DNA testing and OFA evaluations. OFA stands for the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, an organization that supports responsible breeding by maintaining health testing standards and databases for inherited conditions. OFA evaluations may include important areas such as hips, elbows, eyes, cardiac health, patellas, and other breed-relevant screenings, depending on the dog and the needs of the breeding program.
Embark testing is also an important part of our process because it helps us better understand genetic background, breed traits, and potential inherited health risks. When paired with OFA evaluations, DNA testing gives us a more complete picture of each parent dog and helps us breed with greater intention, transparency, and care.

Early Puppy Development
Early development is a key part of the Gold Diamond Pup program.
We incorporate Early Neurological Stimulation, also known as ENS, and Early Scent Introduction, also known as ESI, during the appropriate developmental window. These early exercises are designed to gently introduce puppies to new sensations and experiences while supporting confidence, adaptability, and early neurological development.
As puppies grow, we continue building their foundation through age-appropriate handling, household exposure, crate introduction, potty routine support, grooming exposure, social interaction, and everyday family life.

Temperament Testing and Family Matching
At Gold Diamond Pup, we believe the right match matters.
Around seven weeks of age, we carefully observe and evaluate each puppy’s temperament, confidence, energy level, social response, curiosity, and reaction to different environments and stimuli. These observations help us better understand each puppy as an individual.

Pricing Policy and Investment Assurance
Prices are subject to change based on several factors, including the puppy’s age, the investment made in their care and development, and the results of health testing. While some breeders may choose to discount their puppies as they age, our approach is different. We believe that continued investment in a puppy’s health, training, and overall well-being adds significant value.
As puppies grow older, we provide ongoing care that includes routine grooming, advanced training, additional health screenings, and maintaining up-to-date vaccinations. These efforts not only ensure that our puppies are in optimal condition but also increase their preparedness for a smooth transition into their forever homes. Consequently, our prices may increase to reflect these added investments and the enhanced value of the puppy.
That said, any price quoted and agreed upon in the contract will remain firm and will be mutually acknowledged by both the Breeder and the Buyer. Once a contract is signed, the agreed price is locked in, regardless of any subsequent changes in pricing. This ensures transparency and fairness, providing buyers with confidence in their investment while honoring the value and care we dedicate to each puppy.
